Spicy Delights classic Fish Masala
Suggestion:
Grilled Kingklip
1 kg Kingklip filleted, 4 tbls fish masala, 2 tbls lemon juice, 20 grams tomato paste, 6 curry leaves, 1 tbls oil.
Marinate fish. Place in Pyrex. Top with sliced green pepper & sliced red onion. Bake for 20 minutes. Add butter & grill for 5 mins.
