Spicy Delights Ginger Garlic Mix
- Moroccan Stirfry
- 1/2 kg chicken fillet cut into strips. 2 carrots, 1green pepper, 8 marrows -all julienne strips, 250g sliced mushrooms, 1 cup boiled tastic rice. 125 grams boiled spaghetti.
- Stir fry veggies in olive oil. Add chicken strips. Add salt & pepper, 2 tablespoons Ginger garlic mix, 3 tablsp soya sauce, 2 tblsp white vinegar. 3 tblsp chilli sauce.
- Stir fry til chicken cooked. Add rest of ingredients. Mix together. Garnish with spring onion.
